The Sunflower Kids - Shining Together
Matthew 5:14 “You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden...”
The Sunflower Kids is a kids programme that specializes in drama and performing arts (poetry, dancing, singing and acrobatics). The Sunflower Kids began on 9th of August 2004 with both girls and boys participating. They ranged from the ages of 7-12years old. This programme gives the kids the opportunity to discover and develop their many talents and special gifts in different ways. It also provides the kids with the perfect exposure to perform on a professional stage.

Album Launch
Mwanzo Mpya
2014 our Year of Victory when we Launch our Album “Mwanzo Mpya” on the 12th of April.
Presentation
The Sunflower after God's own heart
We presented the Play "The Sunflower after God's own heart" on April 20th 2013 and “ Passion for Excellence” on the 24th of Aug 2013 at the Kenya National Theatre.

Track Kesho ni Yangu
We did a single in 2011- Title Track Kesho ni Yangu.
Stage Productions
Kenya National Theatre
We stage a productions each year(April and August at the Kenya National Theatre,( Musical Play and a Performing arts Concert). I.e The Sunflower and the Invasion (2012), A journey to the Stars(2010), A journey Beyond the Stars(2011), Into the Heavenly Places(2012)

The Sunflower the Spider and the Baby
We presented the play “The Sunflower the Spider and the Baby”. On April 2007 at the Kenya National Theatre
Album launch
Mwanga
Launched the album “Mwanga” at the Nairobi Chapel Impala (Ngong Rd) on 12th February 2006.
Perform
Kenya Music Week
Took part in the Kenya music week Sarit Center on December 2005 and 2007.
Received visitors
Princess of Africa - Yvonne Chaka Chaka
Had a visit from the “Princess of Africa”- Yvonne Chaka Chaka and her husband Dr. Tony Mhinga at Logos Christian School on 5th march 2005.

Visited the Kenyatta National Hospital Children's ward on 12th December 2004.
Presentation
The Sunflower who couldn't find the Sun
We presented the play “The Sunflower who couldn't find the Sun” at the Village Market on 10th and 11th of December 2004.
